Our websites changes regularly and access may sometime be limited. We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time including images, details and pricing without notice.
We have other platforms like Instagram, XIAOHONGSHU(XHS) for updates and Tiktok will be via live streaming showcase of product of all possible angles of items during live and should there be any dissatisfaction arise from product received, hence not surmountable as product defect to refund and return policy.
Order made through Instagram & XHS & TikTok private message may be subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a refund.
We accept returns within 7 days after item delivered and has been verified by local certified institute as non-A Grade Jadeite nor unauthentic Jades. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
We are not liable for any misuse, incidental, direct nor indirect, loss or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for items claimed to have damaged during shipping or inappropriate unboxing or incidental handling with the items. For claim to be shipping damaged, an unboxing video with full transition uncut process of box/parcel to the moment the defect is found is needed. With the unboxing video provided we will provide a negotiated refund depends on the nature of damage or offer a replacement.
